Frisettes with shrimps

Ingredients
320 g Frisettes
200 g large (pre-cooked) shelled shrimps
2 soup spoons olive oil
1 teaspoon ginger
1 bunch of coriander leaves
salt and pepper
 
Preparation
 
Cook the Frisettes in a large saucepan of salted boiling water (for 6 minutes). Drain.

At the same time, brown the shrimps in a frying pan with oil.

Add salt, pepper, ginger and the shredded coriander.

Mix the pasta and shrimps.
