320 g Frisettes 200 g large (pre-cooked) shelled shrimps 2 soup spoons olive oil 1 teaspoon ginger 1 bunch of coriander leaves salt and pepper |

Cook the Frisettes in a large saucepan of salted boiling water (for 6 minutes). Drain.
