Classic

ALPINA Savoie selects only the best wheats from sowing onwards in order to guarantee pasta which holds well on cooking and has a fine amber yellow colour. The traditional shapes will please our diehard fans!

Crozets

Crozets are a local Savoie product. These small thick square pasta shapes are made using a traditional rolling method and are suitable to be used in all kinds of gratin dishes.
