   - for an adult woman: 2000Kcal/day
   - for an adult man: 2600Kcal/day
 
These amounts should be adjusted according to individuals’ age, sex and physical activity.
 
These intakes must be broken down in order to provide for nutritional needs, as follows:
   To provide energy: 55% carbohydrates (1g = 4 Kcal)
   To build up reserves: 32% fat (1g = 9 Kcal)
   For cell-building: 10% protein (1g = 4 Kcal)
   For vitality: vitamins and minerals
