1844: Antoine Chiron establishes the mill at Chambery

1892: Pasta manufactured for the first time

1918: Soft wheat mill converted to semolina and pasta plant

1978: Construction of new pasta and couscous plant at Bissy

1994: Construction of a new durum wheat mill, the most modern in Europe

1997: Plant and mill both achieve ISO 9002 accreditation

1998: Expert Agriculture in durum wheat– successful completion and implementation of a sustainable agriculture process
